Because Disney now owns Star Wars (I should say Lucasfilm), and there is money to be made, there will be a spin-off Star Wars film about Yoda. Ain’t Cool News’s Harry Knowles is reporting that he has heard from Disney that their series of solo character based Star Wars films will begin with the tale of Yoda. They sure do have a long period of time to play with. Since Disney is going forward with this solo pics maybe we will see Kevin Smith’s dream of a Boba Fett movie in the future.
Could Disney, who also owns Marvel maybe following a similar formula to their Marvel movies? Will one off character films later add up to grander ensemble flick?
